For more than 15 years, Benítez Chrysler has been a staple for Puerto Ricans when it comes to buying a new car. A family dealership and franchise of the FCA line, which offers parts and ser-vice sales in the eastern part of the island.
After several years and excellent sales, they saw a drop in their walk-ins and calls to the dealer-ship. This resulted in the need to implement new tools to be able to increase visits and make the usual sales.
As a solution, a short, medium and long-term plan was created to meet the company’s sales and service objectives. It consisted of a new 100% digital media plan with lead tracking and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. The selection of channels was established with the purpose of being able to humanize the brand through stories of the dealership, customers, staff, and car models. In addition, a new website was designed and developed capable of synchronizing the inventory with the Dealer Management Systems (DMS) in real time and that the same client could make the transaction of his/her desired car, through a desktop or mobile platform, in a simple and safe way. To complete this new digital strategy, the sales force was also trained in digital strategies and tools.
