O bag is a modern Italian handbag brand that, since it began in 2015, has grown a huge customer base established in the Plaza las Américas shopping center in Hato Rey, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
With the arrival of the new changes and the digital transformation, O bag saw the need to create its new online store with the vision of increasing its client portfolio globally with international shipments and Neurona adapted to the client’s needs by working on the solutions to your business challenges.
Our strategy and business solutions development team implemented a plan that was divided into different stages to achieve the goal. We started with restructuring the inventory management operating system or point of sale (POS) to create a complete and parallel transition from the physical store to the new e-commerce, a strategy was carried out to account for the real inventory of the physical store at the same time that we worked with the campaign for Mother’s Day where we impacted sales growth of 45% + in the physical store during the month of May.
During the course, they worked on the design and development of their new e-commerce: obagpr.com, which was launched and as part of the success story we can say that they managed to make sales from Alaska, when their location is in Puerto Rico, a Caribbean island. That’s quite an achievement! In short, we achieved the vision to start expanding the sales opportunities globally with international shipping.
